Upgrade Tips
Stop at 4-star unless core
Going beyond 4 stars is expensive. Only push past 4-star on your S-tier heroes and the A-tier heroes you actively use in formations. Save fragments for new heroes instead of over-investing in lower-priority ones.
Third skills are your primary upgrade target
The third skill (unlocked at 3 stars) is where most heroes get their game-changing passive abilities: Katrina's fuel generation, Sophia's construction speed, Laura's radar mastery. Prioritize reaching 3 stars on your core heroes before pushing any single hero to 5 stars.
Faction synergy matters
Heroes perform significantly better when paired with same-faction allies. Blood Rose boosts Assaulters, Wings of Dawn boosts Shooters, Guard of Order boosts Riders. Building a focused faction lineup will outperform a mixed team of individually stronger heroes. Plan your roster around one primary faction early.
Season heroes are worth the wait
Many season heroes reach S+ tier for Canyon Clash and endgame PvP. Do not waste all your fragments on non-seasonal A-tier heroes if your server is about to enter a new season. Save resources for the seasonal heroes that will define your faction lineup long-term.
